We recently moved into a new house in Mashpee and needed our locks changed. I saw how highly rated Fietek was and liked that they were local. I"m so glad we called. Andrew"s response time was excellent, as was his communication and professionalism. Most importantly, his work was excellent. We discussed different options, and he went over and above to fix a sub-par installation from previous owners. We are extremely happy with his work and it was just a great experience all around. I had a great experience with Andrew. I called him before hiring to get advice on what locks I should install in my house, and if my plan made sense (smart lock at the main entrance with a key, and getting new locks rekeyed - strongly recommend!). He was very clear and thorough answering my questions and responsive to calls and texts. He was flexible scheduling a time to install, and did a great job installing the locks and adjusting the doors to ensure they closed smoothly.
